Anua Products: Which One Suits Your Skin?
Anua is a Korean skincare brand. Heartleaf (Houttuynia cordata) is in three of our eight Anua products. There is also a niacinamide serum with peach extract, two PDRN products, azelaic acid pads and a collagen patch for the neck. Cleansing: Anua Cleansing Oil and Cleansing Foam
The two Anua cleansers are made for double cleansing: first the oil, then the foam. How the two-step cleanse works is explained in the guide Double Cleansing.
Anua Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil
The cleansing oil removes makeup, including waterproof makeup, sunscreen and sebum. With water it emulsifies into a milk and rinses off without a heavy oily film. Heartleaf and jojoba, olive and grape seed oil care for the skin. Apply to dry skin with dry hands, massage in for 60 to 120 seconds, then emulsify and rinse. Best in the evening when you wear makeup or SPF.
Anua Heartleaf Quercetinol Pore Deep Cleansing Foam
The cleansing foam with heartleaf, quercetin and 0.5 % BHA cleanses the pores and gently loosens build-up. Anti-Sebum P supports a less oily skin feel. Made for oily and combination skin. Because of the BHA: with sensitive skin, start with once a day.
Toner and pads: Heartleaf 77 and azelaic acid
Anua Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner
The toner with 77 % heartleaf extract soothes irritated skin and gives light hydration without feeling heavy. Panthenol and centella asiatica complete the formula. It suits oily, dry, sensitive and combination skin. Apply morning and evening after cleansing with a cotton pad or your hands. More toners compared in the toner guide.
Anua Azelaic Acid 10 Hyaluron Redness Soothing Pad
The pads with azelaic acid reduce the look of redness and blemishes. Centella, bisabolol and licorice soothe, three types of hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP and panthenol hydrate. The pads stretch, so they cover cheeks or forehead. After cleansing, place them on red areas for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serums: Peach Niacin and PDRN
Anua Peach 70% Niacin Serum
70 % peach extract and 5 % niacinamide for a dull complexion and pores that look larger. Hyaluronic acid hydrates. The light, watery texture works well under makeup. 2 to 3 drops after toner, then cream and SPF in the morning.
Anua PDRN Hyaluronic Acid Capsule 100 Serum
PDRN, hyaluronic acid and collagen for skin that looks dull and dry. The formula is fragrance-free and non-comedogenic and also suits sensitive, dry and mature skin. 2 to 3 drops morning and evening after toner. What PDRN is, you can read in the PDRN guide.
For on the go and for the neck
Anua PDRN Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Capsule Mist
The mist with PDRN capsules and several types of hyaluronic acid hydrates when your skin feels tight during the day. You can also spray it over makeup. Shake before use and spray from about 20 cm away.
Anua PDRN Collagen Melting Neck Patch
A thin patch for the neck with 99 % collagen and 1 % PDRN. When you spray mist on it, the collagen layer melts on the skin and only a mesh remains. Clinically tested and rated as low-irritation. 4 patches per pack, use 2 to 3 times a week.

What is heartleaf?
Heartleaf is the English name for Houttuynia cordata. At Anua, the extract is in the Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner, the Cleansing Oil and the Cleansing Foam.
Are Anua products vegan?

Can I use Anua PDRN with a fish allergy?
The PDRN (sodium DNA) in the serum, the mist and the neck patch is usually derived from salmon. If you are allergic to fish, talk to your doctor before use and test the product on a small area of skin first.
