1. As the last step in the morning: Apply as the final step after your skincare (serum/cream).
2. Use a generous amount: For reliable protection you need enough product – as a guideline at least approx. 2 g for face + neck (about "one heaped teaspoon").
3. Spread evenly over face & neck: Spread carefully until an even film forms.
4. Plan 15 minutes before sun: Ideally apply approx. 15 minutes before sun exposure.
5. Reapply regularly: When spending a longer time outdoors, reapply every 2–3 hours – as well as after sweating / swimming / towel-drying.
