1. After cleansing (and ideally after the toner), dispense a small amount or 2–3 drops into your palm.
   
2. Apply evenly to the face and neck and gently massage or pat in until fully absorbed.
   
3. Then apply cream; in the morning, always finish with SPF.
   

Frequency: Suitable for morning and evening (as a daily ampoule step).
