1. Shake well before use: The toner is bi-phase (dual-layer) – this is normal. Shake so that the layers combine.
2. Use after cleansing: Directly after the cleanser, as a hydration and balance step.
3. Dispense onto hands or a cotton pad: Dispense a few drops into your palms or onto a cotton pad
4. Work in gently (avoid the eye area): Press in with your hands / pat in lightly or sweep gently from the center outwards with a cotton pad
   

Layer if needed: If the skin feels very dry, you can apply the toner in 1–2 layers.

You can use it daily in the morning and evening.
